DRAW CLUB REPORT 2019
The Draw Club has run successfully for a several years, raising funds for the Guild. In the past year £540 has been raised. The greater the number of members, the more we contribute to the ‘Fund Raising’. Monthly prizes are determined by the number of members but are generally £25, £10, and £5.
We need 82 members to make the Club viable without any Bonus months. Thanks to everyone who has supported this venture in 2019.

Guild Garments for 2020
The firm we order these from has guaranteed the same prices for another year. This makes them excellent value, and those of us who wear them year in and year out can testify to their quality. All the details are to be found on the Guild website, going to Resources, Guild Shop and Guild Garments.
I try to keep up with the changes of some colours and styles but am always happy to be contacted with any queries, either by email – barohowes@gmail.com – or at home.

While prices have not increased, postage & packing have, so the more orders I can get, the greater will be the contribution they make to Guild funds.

The garments are embroidered with the Guild Motif. which comprises pale gold bell, three spires in sand and with brown headstock The writing is in gold, unless a different colour is requested. Plain garments can be supplied at a cost of £2-00 less than the above prices. The sizes for the adult garments correspomd to men’s sizing. Please contact me if you need further advice!
The name and dedication of your church can be added below the logo for an extra £2-00 plus VAT
NB. To take advantage of the prices given above I must order at least 6 garments at any one time from the suppliers. Orders under 6 carry a surcharge of £4-00 per garment! This means that there may be a considerable delay in your receiving your garments, as I wait until I have at least the minimum number of orders before contacting the suppliers. Once I have collected the garments, I try to get them to you as quickly as possible.

1. Training Booklets
Three booklets on Change Ringing Theory are available. The volumes and their contents are :-
Volume 1: Elementary – Plain Hunting, Plain Bob and Grandsire up to 8 bells.
Volume 2: Intermediate – Kent & Oxford TB, Cambridge, Stedman, Double Norwich and introduction to method construction and how bobs and singles work.
Volume 3: Advanced – Standard 8 Surprise Major; Ringing on 10 and 12 bells – Grandsire, Stedman Cambridge and Yorkshire; Conducting including touches, quarter peal compositions and keeping bells right.
The books are a bargain at £1, £2 and £3, respectively, plus £1 postage irrespective of the amount of books purchased.
